Garu is an AI assistant. Garu may be helpful, but it can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or non-personalized answers. You should not rely on Garu as your only source for important decisions.
You agree not to use Garu for unlawful, abusive, harmful, spam, scraping, security-testing, or high-risk purposes. You should not submit highly sensitive documents or information through Garu unless reloPY specifically requests them through an appropriate secure channel.
We may review Garu chat history to improve Garu, improve our knowledge base, monitor quality, prevent abuse, and maintain safety. Our Privacy Policy explains how Garu chat data is handled, including the 6-month identifiable retention period and later anonymization/synthesis into general observations.

Unless reloPY states otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
This no-refund policy applies because reloPY may reserve time, prepare work, coordinate local support, review documents, create process plans, book appointments, engage providers, and allocate resources before or during service delivery.
You understand that payment for a service does not guarantee a residency, cedula, RUC, tax status, permit, approval, investment result, or any other authority-controlled outcome.
If you need to reschedule a call, trip, or appointment, reloPY may assist where reasonable, but rescheduling is subject to availability, third-party rules, government appointment availability, and any additional costs.
Some services may involve third parties, such as government offices, notaries, translators, lawyers, accountants, banks, payment processors, airlines, transportation providers, hotels, couriers, or technology providers.
Third-party fees, government fees, travel costs, accommodation, courier costs, translations, notarizations, and professional fees are your responsibility unless a written offer expressly says otherwise.
reloPY is not responsible for third-party delays, errors, outages, denials, pricing changes, policy changes, or decisions.
When you book a call or submit a form, you authorize reloPY to contact you about your inquiry, booking, service, guide, or related offerings. We may use email, phone, SMS, messaging tools, CRM systems, calendar systems, and automation tools to manage communications.
You are responsible for attending scheduled calls on time. Missed calls or late cancellations may be treated as used or non-refundable at reloPY's discretion.
The reloPY name, website, Garu, guides, copy, designs, workflows, checklists, knowledge base, prompts, content, and other materials are owned by reloPY or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may use free materials for your personal relocation research. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, redistribute, train competing systems on, or commercially exploit reloPY materials without written permission.
If you submit messages, feedback, documents, questions, reviews, or other content, you grant reloPY permission to use that content to provide services, respond to you, improve Garu, improve our services, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, reloPY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by government decisions, third-party decisions, delays, law changes, travel issues, user-provided inaccuracies, or reliance on general information.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, reloPY's total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid to reloPY for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some laws may not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless reloPY from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, submission of inaccurate information, or violation of third-party rights.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay. Courts located in Asuncion, Paraguay will have jurisdiction where a court proceeding is required, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require a different forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
