Certified translation service

Translations into Spanish, ready before you land in Paraguay

Upload your apostilled documents now. Sworn Paraguayan translators start immediately. We courier the certified originals to your address in Paraguay, timed for your arrival.

Our pricing promise

Cheaper because we don't live off this

Translations are not our main business. reloPY's income comes from Paraguayan residency and real estate, so the translation desk doesn't have to fund the company on its own.

That means we keep margins thin and price below what a translation-only shop in Asuncion would charge a foreign walk-in. You get the same court-registered sworn translators, in the same official format, for less money.

Why upload now

Translation is where most people lose a week of their trip

Land in Asuncion, ask around for a sworn translator, pay walk-in tourist rates, and wait three to five business days while your residency clock keeps ticking. Or skip all of that. Upload your apostilled documents from home. Pay one fixed price. Have the translations done and waiting before you fly, so you can focus on the rest of the process once you arrive instead of chasing paperwork.

The old way

Find a translator after you land

  • Spend your first day in Asuncion looking for a sworn translator who speaks your language.
  • Pay tourist rates because you have no time to compare quotes.
  • Wait three to five business days, often longer for less common languages.
  • Make multiple trips to drop off and pick up physical originals.
  • Watch your residency timeline slip while paperwork sits on a desk.
The reloPY way

Translations waiting when you arrive

  • Upload your apostilled documents securely from home, before you book the flight.
  • One fixed price per page, locked in the moment you pay.
  • A registered Paraguayan sworn translator starts immediately.
  • Courier delivers the certified originals to your address in Paraguay, timed for your arrival.
  • Address and arrival date confirmed by email closer to the date, when you know them.

Save days. Save money. Arrive prepared.

How to prepare your documents

Three simple steps. One image per page.

We quote your translation by the number of files you upload, so each page of each document needs to be its own image.

1

Take a photo of each page

Use your phone in good light. Make sure the entire document is in frame, in focus, and the apostille stamp is fully visible. One photo per page, always.

2

One file per page

A passport bio page is one image. A two-sided birth certificate is two images. A four-page police record is four images. We quote based on the number of files you upload, so this is also how the price is calculated.

3

Upload and we'll send your quote

Pick your language, upload your images, and fill in your contact details. We'll review your submission and email you a payment link with the exact total within a few hours. Once you pay, your certified translation gets prepared while you sort out your trip.

Have a multi-page PDF? Split it into single-page files first using a free tool like Smallpdf or iLovePDF, then upload each page as its own file.

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering before you upload

How do I prepare my documents for upload?

One image per page. Take a photo of each page of each document with your phone, in good light, with the entire page (and the apostille stamp) in frame. Save each photo as a separate file. The form counts the number of files you upload to calculate how many pages you are paying for.

What if I have a multi-page PDF?

Split it into single-page files first. Free online tools like Smallpdf or iLovePDF can split a PDF into separate pages in a few seconds. Then upload each page as its own file. We do not accept multi-page PDFs because the upload count is the page count.

What file formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, or single-page PDF, up to 25MB total across all files. Phone photos are fine as long as the page is fully in frame, in focus, and the apostille stamp is visible.

Why is courier delivery included?

Certified translations are required as physical originals, not printouts. The translator signs and stamps a paper original; we courier that to your address in Paraguay so it is on hand when you arrive. There is no PDF-only option because PDFs are not accepted by the relevant Paraguayan authorities.

What if I do not know my Paraguay address yet?

That is the whole point. Pay now, upload now, and the translation gets prepared while you sort out your stay. Closer to your arrival, we email you for the address and date. You can supply a hotel, an Airbnb, a friend's place, or our office.

Will the translation be officially accepted?

Yes, when paired with a properly apostilled original. Every translation comes from a sworn translator (Tradutor Público Jurado) registered with the Paraguayan court system, in the format Paraguayan authorities expect.

Can I cancel after I upload?

Yes, while the order is still queued. Once the translator has started work, the page rate becomes non-refundable because the work is already in progress. We confirm timing the moment we send the file out so you know when the clock starts.
